I have been with Verizon for over 2 years now and recommend their service to anyone willing to listen. Their coverage area is unequaled. My hubby and I love to hike and geocache. We go all over, up mountain trails, in very remote areas and more. So far we have never lost service anywhere!

Their customer service is the best. Whenever you call them the phone is answered within one or two rings by a human. I have only had to call them 3 times in all the time we’ve been with them. All 3 times concerned our bill and all 3 times they took the charges I was disputing off without question. First they explained why the charges were there then immediately took them off our bill. They always ask if there is anything else you need. The reps attitudes are always very friendly and efficient.
Verizon products are very good quality. I got the LG Chocolate the first time and now have the LG Dare. I was quite happy with both. I only had one problem with my Chocolate in the beginning. It would freeze occasionally but quit after about a month. Now the Dare is fantastic. It does everything you need and is a touch phone. It has more features than the I Phone and does more.
Cellular one and I hate it!
