When you give a talk, what is the first thing you should remember? I really believe that it is why and how your listeners came to you. They may have spent a lot of cash and time to get to where you’re giving the talk. They may have had to rearrange one whole area of their life to be there. Your responsibility is to give the best talk of your life each and every time, even if it’s the same one you’ve given 20 times before.
Check out Shama Hyder’s post over at After The Launch for a good article on this subject called How To Give a Great Talk.

Good solid advice. I agree. I have been on both sides and always try to keep my talks fresh.
